Accelerated Orthodontics

Many of our patients seek orthodontics to achieve cosmetic tooth alignment for a special occasion but are mindful that it can sometimes take 2-3 years for completion of the orthodontic treatment plan. We seldomly plan 2-3 years ahead for those special occasions but you know that the brace needs to be removed by that all important deadline. For others, there is a profound desire to simply complete treatment as soon as possible.

Fortunately there are several methods to achieve rapid tooth movement. Some techniques involve minor surgical procedures. For those who wish to avoid any form of surgery a combination treatment may offer an alternative approach.

1.Combination treatment – Fixed Appliance with PBM and Invisalign

In this approach the lion’s share of treatment is achieved with a fixed appliance and the influence of laser light called photobiomodulation.
